Job Description and Requirements:
ASSISTANT PUBLIC DEFENDER II
The Clayton Judicial Circuit Public Defender Office is seeking to hire an Assistant Public Defender II. Primary duties include representing indigent clients with criminal case(s) in Superior Court. Applicants must meet the qualifications and have the necessary skills to perform the job duties and responsibilities for the position. Applicants must be a current member in good standing with the Georgia State bar. Jury trial experience is mandatory. A strong commitment to indigent defense is also required. Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
