We are seeking a Restaurant Manager for a beautiful historic resort near Clayton, GA.
This beautiful property offers year-round, full-time employment along with bonus and great benefits. They have been listed as the best resort in the area countless times. They are currently looking for someone to run their upscale restaurant doing nearly five million in sales! This Zagat rated restaurant was also awarded with the Trip Advisor Certificate of Excellence for 2014.

COMPENSATION PACKAGE: $40-55K plus bonus and benefits
Responsibilities:
Creating, planning, reviewing, and updating menus and menu items.
Creating and monitoring food, supplies, and labor budgets.
Ordering and tracking of all food and supplies inventories.
Training and supervising
Coordinating daily assignments
Requirements:
Past experience in managing numbers (labor, cost, P&L, inventory, etc)
Leadership and mentorship experience
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
