Director of Nursing
Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Director of Nursing to join our team.
As the Director of Nursing, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of nursing operations within our organization.
This is a leadership role that requires strong clinical knowledge, excellent management skills, and a passion for providing high-quality patient care.
Duties:
- Develop and implement nursing policies, procedures, and protocols to ensure compliance with regulatory standards and best practices- Create and maintain care plans for patients, ensuring individualized and comprehensive care- Provide leadership and guidance to nursing staff, including hiring, training, and evaluating performance- Conduct regular documentation reviews to ensure accuracy and completeness- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care and optimize outcomes- Supervise nursing staff in the delivery of patient care, ensuring adherence to established protocols and standards- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of nursing programs and initiatives- Stay up-to-date with advancements in medical technology, treatments, and regulations- Foster a positive work environment that promotes teamwork, professional growth, and employee satisfactionRequirements:
